Tartar Sauce

Serves: 8-10
- Handful of rough chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons of chopped gherkins
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste or one anchovy cured in olive oil finely diced
- 2 cloves of garlic finely minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Finely chopped fresh parsley
- Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl and let mixture sit over night.
