Web and user Interface Design	The WOC can work with you to create usable interfaces for your sites and applications. See some of our past work.
User Profiling	There is no "best user interface" style or approach for any and all types of users. User Profiling answers essential questions such as - Who are your users? What are their characteristics? and What do they need and want out of a new website or application?
Surveys and Questionnaires	The WOC can help you effectively utilize surveys and questionnaires to gather useful and relevant information.
Heuristic Review	WOC staff can conduct a heuristic evaluation of your site or application based on well established usability principles. A relatively quick and simple way to ensure project success.
Web Style Standard Site Review	The WOC can review your site to ensure that it complies to all the Web Style Standards mandated by Mercedes-Benz.
Interviews & Focus Groups	Interviews and focus groups let you query users about their experiences and preferences with your product. Both are formal, structured events where you directly interact with users, asking them to voice their opinions and experiences regarding your product.
Usability Testing	Formal Usability Testing involves taking actual users, and viewing them completing a set of tasks within the site or application. The method formalizes the discovery and recording of usability problems, and provides quantitative measurements that can be tracked using statistical process control methods.
Ethnographic Study / Field Observation	Observing users in the field is often the best way to determine their usability requirements. Traditional usability testing somewhat removes the user and the product from the context of the workplace. Sometimes, it's best to see exactly how things are done in the real world.
Task Analysis	Task analysis involves studying current work in order to design a product or site that will optimally support that work. The WOC has various methods of collecting user information and for using this data to inform a usable design that is of maximum value to the user.
Prototyping	The WOC can construct prototypes of your site/application that can be shown to managers and/or users.
Website Wizard	Coming Soon! The Website Wizard will allow you to more quickly and easily create multiple standardized websites.
